Why we started Trix
Almost right
wasn’t enough.
We kept finding watches that were almost right. The right dial. The wrong bezel. The perfect case. The wrong bracelet.
Eventually we stopped searching. And started building.
Today every Trix begins exactly the same way — with someone deciding they want something that’s truly theirs.

Questions
Answered plainly.
Four to six weeks from confirmed spec. We’ll give you a date when we quote, and we’ll keep it.
Tell us what you’re imagining and we’ll quote your build. Every watch is priced by its components, so no two quotes are the same.
We select the movement to fit each build. Whatever we choose is widely serviced, so any watchmaker can open it — you’re not tied to us.
Once we agree on the spec and price, we’ll send you a Stripe invoice by email. You can pay securely by card, and we begin assembly once payment is received.
Two-year mechanical warranty. Because every build is made for you, returns are handled case-by-case — reach out and we’ll talk.
Yes. Fully insured, tracked, and dutied where required. We’ll confirm the details on your quote.
